The Senior Financial Analyst will provide value-added financial planning, forecasting, reporting, operational and margin analysis and other strategic ad-hoc analysis of a complex nature to enhance company and business unit decision-making. They will report and present accurate, timely and actionable financial and business metrics for monthly, quarterly and annual reviews and identify opportunities for improvement while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance and the attainment of short and long-term objectives consistent with the strategic direction of the company. The Senior Financial Analyst will support the growth of the business by providing leadership with the necessary metrics to drive profitability and operating efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Commercial organizations. The role requires both strategic thinking and the ability to manage complex details in addition to the ability to synthesize these details into the big picture to drive actions across a variety of areas.

This is a hybrid position based in Portland, OR; onsite presence is required 2-3 days/week.

Qualifications include: • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business required. MBA preferred. • 4+ years' relevant, demonstrated & practical financial analyst experience. Medical Device or healthcare industry experience preferred but not required. Experience supporting Commercial or G&A functions a plus. • ERP/CPM/Visualization Tool experience required: SAP, Planful and Power BI and/or Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning) experience preferred. • Experience with revenue forecasting and revenue expense forecasting preferred. • Functional understanding of US GAAP and how it applies to financial planning and analysis. • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, generate alternatives and clearly communicate salient findings to diverse audiences to drive positive change. • Ability to challenge current strategies or objectives and propose alternative recommendations, as necessary, based on in-depth knowledge of analytical methods and approaches
