Summary of Position
Pine Tree is seeking to hire two Summer Interns to support the Company's Investments team. The position will report directly to the VP of Investments and will collaborate with all members of the department. Start and end dates are flexible to accommodate academic calendars, however, the duration of the program is +/- 12 weeks.
Desired Skillset & Qualifications
College students (incoming Junior, Senior, or graduate student) interested in the real estate field
Hardworking, collaborative individual with a passion for the industry and a willingness to learn
Excellent critical thinking, organization, and prioritization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and contribute as part of a team
Day to Day Responsibilities
Support VPs of Investments, Chief Investment Officer, and President, Capital Markets with all investments analyses
Analyze data on existing asset portfolio and prospective acquisitions
Compile industry metrics from competitors, brokers, retailers, and other market information
