Sales Development Representative - Enterprise SoftwareCOMPENSATION/PERKS/INTEL:
- Hybrid Work (Monday & Friday fully remote, Tuesday - Thursday In-Office)
- Every other Friday is a Half-Day
- Salary: $53,000
- Yearly Commission (Paid out Monthly): $15,000+
- 1st Year Total Earnings: 70,000+
- In 6 Months - 1 Year: Promotion to Associate Account Executive - Comes with Increase in Salary & Commission

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivate pipeline by acting on field marketing leads and conducting strategic outbound campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to prioritize efforts, refine selling strategies, share results and plan next steps
- Participate in sales onboarding, 1:1 training sessions, team meetings, skill building and professional development classes
- Exceed weekly/monthly goals for meetings, pipeline and activity
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities
- Contact and qualify potential customers, effectively nurturing them through the sales pipeline
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dependable, passionate and a desire to pursue a career in sales
- Ability to accelerate in a spirited, rewarding atmosphere
- Comfortable making phone calls in an open and positive environment
- Prior lead generation experience or outbound calling experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience preferred
- Strong work-ethic
