THE GIST:

Our client, a fast-growing and well-funded fintech startup, is seeking a proactive & organized Executive Assistant to partner with their CEO. This role will focus on high-priority projects, shaping company culture, organizing events, and supporting key initiatives, with 30% dedicated to office management.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
  • Champion company culture and workplace experience
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to shape company culture through internal events, team-building activities, and company-wide communications
  • Provide seamless administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with the planning and execution of strategic projects, working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely completion
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up
  • Oversee office management (30%) - ordering supplies & swag, placing catering orders, helping to plan out the space, etc.
  • Coordinate travel and prepare itineraries
  • Ensure execution of action-items & follow ups
  • Process expenses
  • Assist with other ad hoc special projects and tasks as needed

THE ESSENTIALS:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience working at startup or high-growth tech company highly preferred
  • Solutions-oriented approach to challenges & opportunities
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for creating a collaborative and inclusive workplace
  • Ability to manage up in support of a c-level executive
  • Flexible personality, able to shift and adjust based on the situation
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
  • Proficiency in GSuite and other project management software

LOCATION: San Francisco (Onsite)

COMPENSATION: $150k -180k base salary + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
