As our client partners to promote renewable energy resources with homeowners who are going solar, using electric cars, or energy storage systems, customers need to submit an application to our client for the energy they are creating to be stored to the electric grid. Our team is responsible for the processing of these applications for home and small business owners. Processing applications includes the following work: reviewing application, building permits and other equipment documentation, ensuring applications are accurate, detecting issues and correctly submitting defects or passing along to engineering review if applications are accurate.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 1+ years of administrative, document processing, data entry/clerical experience.
  • Customer Service Experience via email and phone.
  • Associates or bachelor's degree in IT, Environmental Science/Studies, Renewables, Business Management, Engineering or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication, both verbal and written.
  • Team player.
  • Analytic skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Technical proficiency, exposure to a management system or software like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, SmartSheet, customer ERP, etc.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in the utilities, telecom, solar or renewables industries.
