Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Business Reporting and Data Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting business decision-making through the creation, maintenance, and analysis of various reports and dashboards. You will collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards using advanced reporting tools and software.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business process optimization and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate and relevant data for reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders, aiding informed decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality by verifying and validating reports for consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist in documenting and standardizing business processes to streamline reporting workflows.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies through data analysis.
  • Contribute to developing process documentation, flowcharts, and operational procedures.
  • Stay updated on the latest reporting tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
  • Perform efficient data entry tasks and verify the accuracy of information within databases and spreadsheets.

  • Proficiency in reporting tools, data visualization software, and Microsoft Excel.
