Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager & Business Analyst to lead process optimization, technology enablement, and project delivery initiatives within our Corporate Vendor Management (CVM) team. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while acting as a bridge between technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
Define project scope, develop plans, and execute end-to-end project management using best practices.
Navigate organizational structures to influence decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Oversee deliverables, timelines, risk management, and resource allocation throughout project phases.
Prepare detailed project documentation, including schedules and team responsibilities.
Business Analysis
Gather business requirements via stakeholder interviews, process reviews, and system analysis (e.g., user stories, process flows, use cases).
?Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and implement system/process improvements.
Support user acceptance testing by coordinating issue resolution and analysis.
Act as a liaison between business and technology teams for seamless system changes.
Process Optimization & Technology Enablement
Identify and execute automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
?Develop deep expertise in CVM applications and business processes to assess the impact of system changes.
Provide innovative technical solutions to address business challenges and optimize workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
PMP or Scrum Master Certification highly desirable.
11+ years in project management, business analysis, or a similar role.
3-5+ years managing projects across various disciplines in a matrix-managed environment.
Technical expertise in systems development and formal methodologies.
Background in financial services or vendor management is a plus.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Advanced facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
Proficiency in creating executive-level presentations using PowerPoint.
