Our client is a top Am law firm, seeking a midlevel We are seeking a mid-level associate for its world-known technology transactions practice in San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, New York, or Washington DC. The salary for this position is between $260k to $390k.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial, technology, IP licensing and digital media/consumer technology transactions.
Additional experience in M&A, technology aspects of corporate transactions, and content licensing and distribution.
Law firm experience is required; in-house candidates with prior law firm experience are welcome.
Excellent academic credentials are required.
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice, or eligibility to become admitted to prepared to sit for bar exam.
Strong communication and client-interfacing skills; team focused.
