Job Summary:
The Manager Business Intelligence is responsible for ensuring the overall enablement and support of business intelligence solutions for Employee Benefits. The role is focused on conception, alignment, prioritization, design, and ongoing innovation of the company’s data assets including insight development, reporting, dashboards and analytics, data governance, change management, and implementation of lean management systems to support these efforts.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with functional business leadership teams to support their business priorities and work with the BI Director to create and maintain a data & analytics roadmap to support the achievement of these priorities.
Contribute to the EB Data & Analytics Community of Practice and collaborate to advance learning across the company.
Support coordination with other analytics teams across the organization to ensure a comprehensive cross-functional analytics portfolio.
Manage the BI communications process (project status updates, issue/escalation management) with business stakeholder teams.
Lead solution discussions with business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure analytics solution designs meet business requirements.
Conduct regular BI Business Reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and enterprise goals.
Champion the adoption of data governance practices on data intensive application development projects.
Ensure BI solutions meet security, compliance, data quality, and data governance standards.
Enable EB BI change management function to identify and solution organizational training needs, process updates, and communication processes.
Enablement and governance of the project lifecycle for larger efforts, enabling clear business requirements and change management efforts.
Attract, recruit and retain a highly qualified Business Intelligence Operations team that is focused on enabling business success.
Implement lean management systems according to company and industry best practices to manage and improve Business Intelligence Operations.
Skills and Background You’ll Need
5+ years of related and progressive experience in delivering complex business analytics solutions – with an emphasis on Services/Support business.
Bachelors (or Masters) degree in Technical or business discipline
Proven experience of building relationships with senior functional leadership to align corporate strategy with analytics product / project roadmaps
Extensive knowledge of enterprise analytics data architecture, platforms and tools, including experience with at least 2 of the following:
SQL
Power BI
SSRS
Data analysis experience
Data visualization experience (in any software)
Azure
Knowledge of the organization structure and capabilities of enterprise analytics function
Strong project management skills and ability to deliver within deadline under pressure
Thorough understanding the Employee Benefits (highly preferred) business model.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively develop and execute complex and high visibility analytics projects
Possess strong interpersonal skills to be able to build solid working relationships with business stakeholders and partners

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
$92,750.00 - $176,250.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
