We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Representative to join our team in Tualatin, OR. This person will be responsible for performing a variety of document control functions to support project or program managers. This role requires a working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless documentation processes.
Responsibilities: • Manage document control processes for projects, ensuring accurate flow and retention of documentation. • Coordinate with project teams, field staff, and stakeholders to review, validate, and distribute reports and updates. • Maintain and update project manuals, drawings, specifications, and other technical documents. • Support program managers in contracting, risk management, and schedule coordination. • Oversee documentation during construction, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders. • Maintain electronic document repositories and ensure accessibility for team members. • Assist with project closeout activities and other administrative tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma (or equivalent) or a four-year college degree. • 3+ years of experience working in document control within construction, semiconductor, or related industry. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. • Understanding of how to manage and handle engineering drawings and technical documents. • Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
