This full-time position offers a competitive salary and an outstanding benefits package including health insurance and a 401K plan.  This is a 40 hour/week position and will include weekend hours.

Schedule: Schedule may vary with start times as early as 7:30 AM and end times as late as 6:00 PM.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Service


• Processing customer transactions


• Loading customer purchases


• Load customers correctly     


• Merchandising and maintaining store standards


• Minimize shrink through accurate inventory management


• Other duties may be assigned by Store Manager as necessary


• Within Store, stock products and maintain store cleanliness


• Process cash out procedure when necessary
  
   

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Retail or customer service experience helps but not necessary


• Working knowledge in areas of lawn and garden, agriculture and animals (pets and livestock)


• Ability to work with general direction and minimal guidance


• Good written and oral communication skills


• Ability to Lift 50 pounds
