The Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites. This includes coordinating the work of subcontractors, managing material deliveries, troubleshooting on-site issues, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. The superintendent will also maintain documentation for project progress, lead subcontractor meetings, and collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate work with subcontractors and other project team members to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
Plan and track material deliveries to ensure they are on schedule.
Address and resolve on-site issues with the support of the project team.
Complete daily logs and other project documentation to track progress.
Lead and facilitate subcontractor meetings.
Foster a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Review and understand project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Maintain organization and focus on both day-to-day tasks and the bigger project goals.
Qualifications:
