Duration: 12 Months contract with possible extension
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Job Description:
Track project progress and ensure stakeholders are aware of deadlines so that projects are completed within established schedules.
Establish and maintain engagement across teams to ensure project goals are met.
Ensure that all project correspondence meets standards including proper use of words, spelling of words, and punctuation.
Prepare work summary read outs, and status reports.
Track and document lessons learned
Collaborate with internal team to identify project requirements, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness in addressing challenges.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline project coordination and enhance efficiency including defining systems changes to support the processes.
Maintain accurate documentation of project activities including meeting minutes, action items and project plans.
Maintains updated knowledge of contract compliance provisions for the project and department and meets requirements of the job position.
Follows policies and procedures without deviation.
Enter appropriate data into computer programs.
Produce and maintain data reports and alert management of inconsistencies or issues.
Perform database queries to assist with analysis and report issues when appropriate and necessary.
Interpret, select, or code items to be entered from a variety of document sources.
Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness.
Undertake special projects; provide periodic and consistent information to management for each phase of the assigned project.
Perform audits of own work and or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures.
Participate in task-oriented groups representing the interests of the area and provide information necessary to address and resolve potential issues.
Provide support to various project stake holders.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by executive management.
Job Requirement:
High School diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience, or Associate degree with 2+ years experience.
Must have at least 3 years' admin coordinator experience. Must have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Project, Excel and Word. Be able to manage workplans.
May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
Understands implications or work and makes recommendations for solutions.
Communicates on complex or sensitive issues or draft such responses for supervisor or team lead.
