We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist II to produce proposals and coordinate related proposal materials in our Infrastructure Practice! The Marketing Specialist should be passionate about the pursuit of success, which drives the sales of the company by strengthening new and existing client relationships. The candidate should be highly creative and enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative work environment. The position will be responsible for promoting the Company’s brand through compelling visuals and content, storytelling, and proposal theming and messaging. This position is open to remote and/or hybrid.
In this role, you will work both independently as well as collaborate in a team environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills will challenge you, providing an opportunity for your proactive and solution-oriented mindset to excel! As an expert in prioritizing multiple tasks, the need to adapt to changing priorities and direction leverages your excellent time management skills to drive proposal schedules balancing multiple deadlines with the need for quick turnaround. Balanced by your creative talents, you will use graphics (such as photos, graphs, charts, etc.) to improve communication within written documents.
