Program Administration & Reporting: • Monitor and document the progress of the project, providing regular updates to leadership on program milestones, attendance, and feedback. • Develop and maintain a master schedule. • Coordinate movement in-state between training locations and assist with local travel logistics (hotel accommodations proximate to trainings, preparing directions, troubleshooting emergent weather/travel issues). • Acquire and deliver materials (supplies, printing, etc.). • Assist in preparing reports for funders and stakeholders, documenting outcomes, participant feedback, and areas for improvement. • Assist with preparation of any procurement documents that may be necessary such as writing Requests for Proposals or Contract Scope of Work documents. • Facilitate a documentary-making process. • The project manager will work closely with Client staff to comply with federal and state grant and contract conditions and requirements: Monitor budget and timeline requirements, logistics regarding reporting and data collection, and compliance to satisfy the performance measures of the grant solicitation.
The project manager will also be responsible for additional related duties as identified by Client over the course of the project.
