The consultant will be responsible for supporting Client through the CMS implementation, for example: • finalizing project scope (i.e., number of users/ programs to include; how to structure use and functionality across employees of multiple agencies; whether and how to incorporate document management across users); • coordinating client's feedback, testing, and plan for administration of system among users; • identifying common legal and business needs across the client's six divisions and in programs involving non-state employees to help determine how they should be integrated with the CMS; • analyzing and recommending interfaces and functionality across divisions and users; • developing deliverables assigned to client for the CMS consultant and successful completion of deliverables.
