Mig & Tig Welder 2nd shift Direct Hire




Hours: 2nd shift 3pm-1:30am (4- 10 hour days) train on 1st shift few weeks- 1 month 7am-3:30pm




Pay range: $25.00- $30.00 an hour



Position Overview:



MIG and TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using MIG and TIG welding techniques. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure high-quality welds and structural integrity



Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine welding requirements


• Operate MIG and TIG welding equipment to join, fabricate, or repair metal parts and assemblies


• Set up and adjust welding equipment based on material and project specifications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a MIG and TIG Welder or similar role


• Certification in welding (e.g., AWS or equivalent) is a plus
