Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Interact directly with customers through various channels to gather feedback and understand their challenges and desires. Translate these insights into actionable product features and improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, underwriting, and development teams to ensure product development aligns with market demands and marketing strategies.
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Create and maintain a product roadmap that reflects market trends and company goals. Communicate the product vision effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor products and market activities. Analyze their strategies to enhance our product positioning and differentiation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to make informed decisions about product direction and priorities.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.
  • Feedback Loop Management: Set up and manage a system for collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer and market feedback.

Basic Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Proficiency in market research.
  • Experience in customer engagement and feedback collection.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the company.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying opportunities, prioritizing tasks, and measuring outcomes.
