Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
Previous experience in academic or healthcare administration is preferred.
Experience supporting faculty or executives in a similar administrative role is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and electronic health record (EHR) systems and MedHub.
Attention to detail and ability to manage complex administrative tasks.
Knowledge of academic and research processes is preferred.
