Your Next Career Opportunity – Systems Configuration Analyst II
The System Configuration Analyst II is responsible for managing and analyzing configurations to support an advanced network management solution for the international department. Responsible for understanding the system and its components and maintaining control over the system. Will work with the business and IT to make changes to optimize the system. The position requires experience working with computers and software, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
Configure and manage computer systems and software to ensure they meet organizational requirements.
Managing configurations and ensuring that all changes to the production environment are tracked and controlled.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes.
Documenting and managing any software changes that occur outside of the controlled processes.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.
Identify areas for improvement in system configurations and implement solutions.
Work with system administrators, IT staff, and other stakeholders to ensure systems are properly configured and maintained.
Ensure systems comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field of study.
3+ years of proven experience in system configuration or a related role.
Proficiency in configuration management tools and software, as well as a strong understanding of IT systems and networks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ensuring accuracy in configuration records and changes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
Managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Continuously improving configuration management processes to enhance efficiency projects efficiently.
Typically works in an office setting but may require occasional travel to client sites.
May need to work outside regular business hours to meet project deadlines.
Bilingual; Spanish required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with specific configuration management tools.
Familiarity with ITIL.
Good understanding of MS SQL, Power Platform, Azure.
Experience working with API’s, low code platforms.
Experience working with NexsysOne Advanced Network Management Solutions or similar TowerCo platforms.
