The Fabricator/Welder is responsible for safely performing job functions at the highest level of quality in the processing of filter elements. It is also responsible for providing accurate paperwork and record-keeping. This position reports to the Value Stream Leader and is part of the Metals department.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  Perform element fabrication processes such as cutting media and mesh, pleating, squeezing, semi-automated
  
  
  welding, swaging, TIG welding, etc.

  
  


• 
  

  
  Produce components and custom fabrications to specification requirements; fabricate complex parts using various hand and power tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Set up machinery related to the area and perform preventative maintenance as required.

  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 
  

  A high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.

  
  


• 
  

  The ability to read and understand written and mechanical drawings.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with element fabrication and TIG welding
