Job Description:
• Primarily involved in routine Accounts Receivable (AR) duties such as Client invoicing and payment entry, credit card processing and master data maintenance for multiple entities.
• Responsible for collection activities and maintenance of payment terms.
• Reviews aged invoices and makes recommendation to Management for collection turnover. Works with the collection agency to collect monies.
• Review new and existing Accounts for credit limit modifications.
• Communicate with external Clients and internal associates on all aspects of the AR process.
• Responsible for the timely processing of Client invoices and payment application.
• Expected to maintain compliance related Sales Tax and VAT.
• Resolve invoice disputes.
Qualifications & Technical Competencies:
• Associates Degree required.
• 5 years accounting and spreadsheet experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to Detail
• Organization
• Strong Problem Solving Skills
• Microsoft Office experience; proficient in Excel.
• Fluency in English is required.
