Role Description
This is a full-time (open to semi hybrid for right candidate) role for a Project Manager at Timothy Rose Contracting in Vero Beach, FL. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting projects, overseeing project management activities, updating monthly schedules with pay applications, pay applications, coordinating the delivery of materials with supers, and ensuring peojects are delivered on time and under budget.
Qualifications
Project Management expertise
B2W Estimate and Track software experience preferred, but not required.
P6 primavera or similar CPM software experience preferred, but not required.
Profecient in microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
