Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and resolve product/service issues.
- Maintain accurate customer data.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Follow call center scripts.
- Troubleshoot and guide customers through solutions.
- Cross-sell products and services.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or 2 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proven track record in new business generation.
- Health care industry knowledge preferred.
