Our growing, mid-sized pharmaceutical client has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide an Operations Specialist to support the client's internal program regarding compensation and benefits.
Description
Provide support for the client's integration and entity program
Be the point of contact for benefits and compensation escalations, including previous provider research and transition inquiries, compensation inquiries, etc.
Provide administrative support for open enrollment and other benefit-related tasks
Review and resolve benefit errors and discrepancies
Complete compensation benchmarking for current and new positions to align with the career framework and pay structure
Support annual rewards planning cycle, including merit, bonus, and long-term incentives
Provide compensation recommendations for new hire offers, promotions, and job changes
Guide recognition programs, promotion processes, tuition reimbursement, and other Total Rewards-related programs
Ensure Total Rewards documentation is complete, organized, and aligned with the client's policies and processes
Provide Total Rewards support for the client to include the tasks listed above to be performed across the broader organization, as well as:
Wellbeing project planning & execution
Mobility & immigration support, as needed
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years of compensation and benefits experience.
Term & Start
12-month contract, open to 12+ month extension
Onsite - 3x a week in Princeton NJ
