As a Plant Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our operations-managing critical tasks that keep our plant running efficiently and safely. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and proactive mindset will shine.
Here are some of the key things you'll do:
Stay Organized: Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain accurate records to support smooth operations.
Ensure Documentation Maintenance, Accuracy, and Timeliness: You'll work with production reports, payroll, time entry, inventory and receiving logs, PO's, supply orders, New Hire onboarding paperwork, inventory counts, B/L Shipments, and Employee Guidebook.
HR Administrative Responsibilities: Manage new hire onboarding paperwork, confirm payroll data accuracy, oversee time entry audits, and support employee record-keeping and compliance.
Support the Plant and Keep Communication Flowing: Act as a liaison between production, HR, and management, ensuring everyone stays aligned. Participate in continuous improvement meetings and plans, BOM Reviews by providing and creating data review and analysis through Excel, peak inventory counts, and Acts as backup to outbound freight coordinator (Shipping)
Champion Safety: Maintain compliance with safety standards, support safety training, and ensure adherence to environmental guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an admin role.
Prior experience with HR administration.
Experience processing invoices and work orders is a plus.
Business Studies Certificate a plus
Familiarity with warehouse or manufacturing operations is a plus.
