BEPC Inc. is recruiting for a Quality Control Inventory Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN.
We are looking for a candidate who is self-sufficient and complies with company policies and procedures. Works at the Distribution Center to reduce scrap and disposition of products. Ensures tasks are completed on time. Supports root-cause investigation. Collaborates with site partners, quality compliance groups, and supply chain partners. Maintains quarantine/expired product inventory under control.
Key Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision and in all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and, company procedures and guidelines, this position:
1. Assess finished goods for the different types of medical quarantined products and develop work instructions for future product disposition.
2. Ensures that product is dispositioned on a timely basis from stock and the Inventory quarantine cages and deals with ambiguity as needed.
3. Collect information on reasons for quarantine & damaged products. Address issues related to transportation, packaging, etc. to meet customer orders.
4. Develop digital solutions connecting data and automation to increase the efficiency of solution deployment to meet business demands.
5. Partner with distribution centers (i.e. European Distribution Center (EDC)) to leverage deployment of products.
6. Collaborates (and influences) with different to ensure disposition is completed on time.
7. Trouble-shoot/investigate; minimize product in quarantine cages.
8. Collaborates (and influences) with different functions to ensure disposition is completed in a timely manner by following up on applicable approvers.
9. Support teams to help resolve issues related to inbound products.
10. Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
11. Follow all Company guidelines related to EHS practices.
12. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Education: • Bachelor's or equivalent degree is required
Experience and Skills:
Required: • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analytics • Experience or knowledge of business intelligence tools for data visualization, reporting, & analytics (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tool) required • Ability to communicate effectively with clientele and with coworkers • Ability to work in a compliant way to meet high-quality standards. • Ability to perform duties per policies and procedures and to be self-sufficient at work
Preferred: • Power BI/Power Automate experience is a plus
