Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse creative and live event projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with our clients' visions, budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a background in event planning, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee event and creative projects from concept to completion.
Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and scope documentation.
Monitor progress to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
Client Engagement:
Act as the liaison between Orchestrate and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Translate client needs into actionable plans for internal teams and vendors.
Maintain the relationship with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Creative Oversight:
Collaborate with designers, vendors, and technical teams to bring creative visions to life.
Ensure brand consistency and innovative design across deliverables.
Design & implement event creative.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with the Director of Events, operations staff, and third-party vendors to allocate resources effectively.
Facilitate team meetings, debriefs, and post-event evaluations.
Budget & Risk Management:
Track project expenses and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in project management within the events, creative, and/or live production industries.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Monday.com.
Familiarity with Dropbox and Google Workspace.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Flexibility to work events on nights and weekends occasionally.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-pressure situations.
Passion for creative innovation and delivering extraordinary client experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to create renderings/drawings utilizing platforms like SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar software tools.
Industry certifications (PMP, CMP, etc.).
Degree in Hospitality, Event Planning, or Project Management.
