Our client located Wilton, NH is looking for a motivated Contracts & Customer Support Specialist to join our team and play an essential role in their operations.
Job Summary:
As the Contracts & Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing and reviewing government contracts and customer terms and conditions, processing orders, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual with attention to detail and experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, quotations, and expediting requests.
Review and work with government contracts and customer terms & conditions, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
Process new customer orders and change requests, maintaining clear and accurate records.
Collaborate with various departments to fulfill customer requirements and address any issues.
Handle invoicing and perform accurate data entry.
Update and maintain finished goods inventory in the inventory management software.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Prior experience with government contracts and/or terms and conditions documentation.
Proficiency in typing and data entry.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), with experience in Open Office or Libre being a plus.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
High School Diploma or GED required.
