Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Co-CEO.

This role combines professional and personal assistant duties, with a majority of the responsibility focused on professional tasks.

What You'll Do
  • Manage daily scheduling, coordination, and meeting logistics efficiently, providing high-quality support with minimal oversight and prioritizing tasks to align with business needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, handling expense reports efficiently.
  • Prepare the Co-CEO for all internal and external meetings by gathering materials from internal stakeholders, creating detailed agendas, drafting preparation documents, and ensuring all required materials are organized and available.
  • Keep the Co-CEO informed about ongoing projects, emails, mail, and other correspondence.
  • Build and nurture relationships with executives and team members across the organization to enhance collaboration and communication.
  • Support various projects and assist in organizing company offsites as needed.
  • Arrange car services for all travel needs, ensuring timely and convenient transportation.
  • Manage and coordinate the Co-CEO's personal appointments, optimizing their schedule for maximum efficiency.
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of breakfast and lunch arrangements
  • Handle family arrangements with discretion and meticulous attention to detail, managing confidential matters effectively.
  • Organize personal domestic and international travel, including accommodations and itinerary planning, while managing other personal tasks as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proactive and self-initiating approach to tasks.
  • Preferred experience supporting C-Suite executives or senior leaders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Highly motivated, with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional administrative, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Sound judgment in a variety of situations.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office applications.

Must be able to work 5 days a week in-office; hours are 7:45am - 5:15pm (may include nights and weekends)

*Compensation Range: $165,000-$180,000
