Location: Minneapolis, MN Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000+ Schedule: Hybrid work policy; 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH
Qualifications:
15+ years of overall experience, with ideally 10 years in public transit projects
Bachelor's degree preferred; professional degree or equivalent is a plus
Architectural Registration and NCARB certification preferred
Excellent emotional intelligence and communication abilities
Strong client relationship management skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities:
Serve as an advisor and resource to the Practice and Client Leaders
Work with the Program Manager to enhance efficiencies and ensure successful project execution
Build and maintain client relationships, represent the firm in the market, and contribute to business planning
Lead the project design process, including defining the project vision and team design approach
Work collaboratively with Client Leaders on project proposals, establishment of fees, and scheduling
Train and mentor junior staff in project execution
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Enhance the firm's presence as a leader in the national market
Support team growth within the office and Public Transit sector
Attend industry events and conferences occasionally
