The Ascend Learning Healthcare Segment leads the way in innovation and solution creation to improve outcomes and deliver results for students, educators, and healthcare workers in the ever-changing field of healthcare. We offer advanced resources that drive nursing success, empower front-line certified allied health workers, help physicians pass boards and stay current, and provide education management tools for medical education programs.


WHAT YOU'LL DO 


This role will manage a team of marketing campaign professionals who are responsible for owned and paid channels. This role will be responsible for delivering against B2B demand generation and eCommerce goals across Ascend Learning brands.


WHERE YOU’LL WORK


This position will work hybrid out of our Burlington, MA or Leawood, KS office.  Remote candidates will be considered.


HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME



  • In collaboration with the Product Marketing teams develop integrated marketing campaign plans that support business objectives and are coherent with customer needs, behaviors and expectations.

  • Oversee the execution, optimization and performance of marketing campaigns across channels and audiences ensuring that they achieve business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Develop a high-performing team of subject matter experts who are accountable for delivering best-in-class campaigns either directly or through agencies and channel partners.

  • Partner the Brand & Communications team to ensure that campaign messaging is aligned with strategy and informed by intimate customer knowledge. Provide feedback on in-market results and testing to inform content development.

  • Actively participate in the selection and ongoing performance evaluation of media agencies and vendors.

  • Capture insights and feedback, internally and externally, to inform future campaign strategy and messaging

  • Foster strong engagement and healthy collaboration within the organization, specifically with sales operations and sales teams

  • Reporting and presenting: prepare and present reports on campaign and channel performance to senior management and other stakeholders

  • Stay updated on industry trends: They stay informed about the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business

  • 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing campaigns including strong paid media background

  • 5+ years in a management role including manager of people manager

  • Significant track record in driving pipeline growth in B2B demand generation models including ABM and in direct eCommerce sales

  • Strong track record of executional excellence with proven success implementing sophisticated campaigns

  • Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence, demonstrated history of presenting to internal business partners and up to the executive level

  • Outstanding project management skills

  • Strategic and analytical thinker adept at translating business objectives into campaigns and tactics

  • Results and growth oriented. Skilled at distilling diverse data sets and maintaining the focus on relevant KPI

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices

  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
