1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT IV&V team;
2. Ensuring the quality and timely completion of deliverables;
3. Serve as the Contractor's authorized point of contact;
4. Planning, directing, controlling, scheduling, coordinating, and organizing management of tasks;
5. Planning, organizing, and overseeing all subordinate work efforts;
6. Ensuring quality standards and work performance on IT IV&V team projects;
7. Providing status reports clearly describing the status of the IT IV&V efforts;
8. Developing and maintaining working relationships with various stakeholders to ensure accuracy of information and consistency of IT IV&V activities and assessments;
9. Identifying areas of risk to cost, schedule, scope, and quality on the Project;
10. Identifying and reporting deviations from plans or execution of those plans that may jeopardize the Project(s);
11. Ensuring all proper communications have been identified, documented, and are taking place; and
12. Ensuring the timely performance and completion of all contractual obligations.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Three (3) years of experience providing IT IV&V services;
2. Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;
3. Preference given for experience in regulatory and financial related projects
The Contractor shall provide a candidate with the following minimum qualifications:
1) Experience providing IV&V services to a governmental entity during the implementation of a large, complex regulatory system or similar information technology project;
2) Experience developing and supporting validation and verification monitoring processes, tools, templates, and methodologies that establish consistency and produce value in the delivery of IV&V services;
3) Demonstrable experience in conducting IV&V services to provide value-added assessments throughout the lifecycle of a project;
4) Experience with industry standard best practices and methodologies in risk and issue analysis and management;
5) Knowledge of State and Federal laws applicable for the implementation of regulatory licensing systems;
6) Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical staff; and
7) Knowledge and experience in effective team building, collaboration and communication among multiple parties and organizations.
