Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for delivering impactful water and wastewater infrastructure solutions? Our client, a leader in engineering and construction services, is seeking a dynamic professional to join their team in Orlando, FL.
This role offers the opportunity to lead multi-discipline planning and design teams on large-scale water and wastewater treatment facility projects, collection systems, and distribution systems. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in project design, delivery, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from concept through design and construction phases, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams to execute water, wastewater, and conveyance projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients and key stakeholders in Central Florida.
Oversee project budgets and schedules, managing risk effectively.
Prepare technical reports, design drawings, and specifications.
Participate in industry associations and professional societies to maintain visibility in the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing water/wastewater or conveyance projects.
PMP, CCM, or DBIA certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
PE License or eligibility to obtain within one year.
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
