Here at The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, we have a terrific opportunity to support the Operations + Safety groups as a Lead Business Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply business knowledge and your analytical abilities to provide recommendations, insights and support tactical and strategic plans that drive business decisions. The Operations + Safety groups are comprised of Cash Operations, Law Enforcement, Workplace Experience, and Facilities.
Primary Accountabilities:
Work closely with the Ops + Safety Executive Vice President to prioritize and oversee key initiatives and identify opportunities for strategic alignment across the groups.
Lead and coordinate special projects as requested by the EVP or in support of the groups. Track action items and ensure accountability in support of key initiatives.
Facilitate effective decision-making by providing relevant information, considerations, risks, and actionable recommendations through the application of key data elements. Develop models and complete ad hoc data analysis in support of providing key insights into the operations and progress on strategic initiatives. Develop EVP briefing materials and/or presentations for executive level staff (e.g. Executive Leadership Team).
Drive analytical and automation efforts across the Ops + Safety functions. Coordinate with management, analysts, and others to determine where to apply the use of data analytics and/or automation.
Review key processes in the groups and identify process improvement opportunities and/or the applicability of best practices.
Actively participate in and/or lead Bank and System workgroups and initiatives in support of Ops + Safety and the EVP.
Requirements & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with analytics and project management
6+ years of leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree is a plus.
Intellectually curious, agile, and innovative with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.
Additional Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong track record of collaborating with business partners.
Base Salary Range: Min: $121,100.00 – Mid: $157,300.00 – Max: $193,500.00 (Location: San Francisco)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
