Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Marketing Strategist at Hyperquake in our Salt Lake City, UT office with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Marketing Strategist is a visionary leader responsible for driving multi-platform campaigns for leading brands. This role collaborates with top talent-platform specialists, creative teams, and data experts-to create innovative strategies that don't just meet client goals but exceed them. Responsibilities
Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies for consumer-facing brands, including those in eCommerce and brick-and-mortar retail.
Drive results across digital platforms, leveraging Google Ads, YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and emerging channels.
Collaborate with creative teams and contractors to oversee campaigns in Email Marketing, PR, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Events, and more.
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile companies, many of which are Fortune 500.
Analyze performance data with support from channel experts and data analysts to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
Transform campaign insights into compelling, actionable stories and present them to clients and stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.
Stay ahead of the curve, continuously innovating and applying the latest marketing trends and strategies to elevate client performance.
Support broader business initiatives, taking on new challenges and developing skills in emerging marketing disciplines.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of professional marketing experience (agency experience preferred) with at least 3+ years focused on digital retail or eCommerce.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required
Mastery of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram) and cross-channel campaign strategies.
Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with creative and technical teams.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
Advanced knowledge of data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Data Studio.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
