Responsibilities:
Support the labor relations team during pre-union negotiations and assist post-union negotiations from an HR perspective.
Prepare and present multiple scenarios for total rewards packages, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with compensation on bonus payouts and with the benefits team on premium design changes.
Act as project manager for union setups, ensuring timely delivery of all related deliverables.
Focus on benefits management, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of rewards and vacation policies.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in total rewards, benefits, or related HR functions.
Strong understanding of benefits structures, including deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, and benefit package pricing.
Proven ability to present polished packages and recommendations to leadership.
Solid experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
Must have union experience
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; SAP or SuccessFactors experience is preferred.
