Pay rate: $78-$83/hr
Responsibilities:
Lead product management for various Voice Services, Regulatory Compliance, and other initiatives such as Enterprise Managed Voice channel support and FedGov channel support
Manage all phases of product lifecycle, from ideation/vision through requirements documentation, feature writing, user story creation, development, testing, deployment, vendor management, and ongoing as well as EOL operations.
Responsible for sales channel and customer engagement, feature/functionality prioritization, vendor management, regulatory compliance, pricing support, sales enablement, sales engineering engagement, and support.
Manage end-to-end team meeting coordination and leadership, stakeholder engagement and productivity, Vision documents, product requirements docs, feature prioritization justifications, sales channel support / product documentation, executive presentations, operations plans, vendor assessments, competitive assessments, and more.
Manage regulatory compliance for Voice services, revenue and customer relationship growth across Voice sales channels.
Ensure successful deployment of Voice services Regulatory and non-regulatory features to Divisions and sales channels.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Product Management
Experience with VOIP and Unified Communications products and services, Voice Regulatory Compliance, Cisco voice platforms, Broadsoft, Broadcloud, Webex, and others.
Experience with Microsoft Teams.
Understanding of Voice Regulatory requirements.
Experience working with Sales, Sales Engineering, OSS/BSS/CRM systems, Systems Engineers, Systems Architects, Developers, QA Testing, Validation, and Deployment to customer environments.
Experience working with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
The salary range for this position is $78/hr to $83/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
