About the role:
We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated scientist in the antibody design space to lead our internal and external biologics engineering initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with a highly competent group of colleagues with AI, bioengineering, and ultrahigh throughput screening expertise to establish RevivBio's biologics discovery and engineering strategy.
The successful applicant has deep and demonstrated expertise in designing and optimizing receptor/antigen-specific antibodies.
Your Role; Your Impact
Build and lead our internal antibody engineering initiatives, from conception to execution, taking an initial hands-on role in establishing core computational and experimental workflows and capabilities. This means:
Partner with AI/ML team in to establish and optimize the computational pipeline for antibody design and to rapidly design new variants to test
Collaborate with the microfluidics team to optimize ultra-high throughout build + test pipeline for biologics screening and data collection.
Nurture and develop our biologics team through mentorship, technical guidance, and education.
Your Expertise
PhD plus 2+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience or 3+ years of independent academic research showcasing your deep antibody engineering knowledge
Expertise in experimental approaches to antibody discovery and optimization is a must.
Expertise in antibody expression, purification, screening, characterization and validation is a must.
Expertise in computational design approaches such as structure-function and AI/ML approaches are desirable.
Natural ability to communicate complex concepts across disciplines
