We're expanding our HR team and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Richmond, VA. This role will be instrumental in driving our growth in the U.S., focusing on hiring top-tier CX and Claims professionals in the Richmond area, as well as Business Development Managers in various locations nationwide.

Responsibilities
Source and identify top talent in the Richmond area through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, ensuring they align with both the position and Faye's company culture.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and effectively manage requisition workloads.
Plan, implement, and manage recruitment initiatives and campaigns to strengthen our talent acquisition strategy.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and actively contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience, particularly within the Richmond area - essential.
Proficiency with Comeet or another ATS.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing a high requisition load effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with hiring managers and team members.
Strong strategic thinking and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic recruitment environment.
Expertise in utilizing diverse sourcing channels and innovative strategies for candidate engagement and experience.
Experience in the Insurtech and travel industries - plus.
