Incendia Partners is supporting a leading public accounting firm as they hire a Tax Managing Director. The firm is large but locally owned and has an excellent reputation in the Greater Boston business community.
This is a newly created / add-to-staff role as the firm grows its presence in the Non-profit sector. While the Tax Managing Director will have exposure to a broad array of clients from global corporations to start-ups and closely held businesses, they will have a special focus on NPO's.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by offering industry expertise and knowledge
Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to clients with complex tax and business needs
Manage client communications and relationships
Act as a subject matter expert to the firm and other engagement teams for technical matters impacting the NPO sector
Work closely with engagement teams to continually add value to clients
Provide training, development, and mentorship to staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required
Active CPA license is required
Master's Degree in Accounting or Taxation is desired
15+ plus years of experience
Extensive experience with clients in the NPO sector
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication, both written and verbal
