Unitek Technical Services provides supplier management, development, and related technical services to corporations around the world.

Job Description:

• The ability to perform in-process and final source inspections including First Article inspections per AS9102 Quality Standards
• The ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications, geometric dimensioning and tolerances per ANSI/ ASME Y 14.5.
• The ability to perform mechanical measurement for verifying the compliance of complex machined, formed, and assembled aircraft/engine components.
• Prior experience with:
• Mechanical Skills: (MCH - MACHINING,GEN MECHANICAL)
• Special Process Skills: (CHM - CHEMICAL,WLD - WELDING,PLT - PLATING)
• Supply Chain Management Skills: (FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTION)

Scope of Work: ?Inspect IAW drawing and purchase order requirements paying attention to industry standards, First Article Inspection Report documentation verification and sign when required

Specification Knowledge Selected: MIL-STD

Note:

• Part-Time activity; estimated of 10 hours weekly; 4 hour every visit
• Location: Multiple Suppliers in South Bend IN and Jenison MI
• It is a W-2 Contract: Indefinite as needed.
