The Opportunity: Mass General Brigham is an integrated academic health care system, comprised of 16 member institutions, including Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital. Mass General Brigham Artificial Intelligence (AI) is responsible for enabling AI and advanced data science techniques to conceive, develop, validate, and bring clinically meaningful products and evidence to market to improve patient care. Mass General Brigham AI is the bridge between academic research and clinically-relevant AI product development that combines the world-class clinical expertise of Mass General Brigham's 7,500 physicians and 80,000 employees that treat 1.8 million patients each year, with leading data science researchers, cutting-edge compute infrastructure and access to clinical workflows. Within Mass General Brigham AI, the Digital Clinical Research Organization (CRO) aims to deliver clinically relevant evidence on the performance of AI-enabled products to enable regulatory submissions and clinical deployment. The CRO has a service-based business model, engaging with industry collaborators to design, plan and conduct AI product validation and regulatory strategy, and clinical impact studies. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Development and Operations, the Account Manager will support identifying potential industry collaborators, positioning the CRO offerings, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the Digital CRO market presence. The ideal candidate will have sales experience in AI for healthcare, develop effective sales strategies, and build strong client relationships. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Overall responsibilities will include: • Identify and pursue new industry clients through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts. • Execute sales strategy successfully to achieve revenue targets and Digital CRO objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders. • Support all client engagement activities, from initial outreach/sales, to proposal development and agreement execution, utilizing engagement from key stakeholders, both internal and external. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information for pipeline management with input from Finance and Project Management. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to support optimizingsales processes and driving growth. • Prepare and present regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and the competitive landscape to senior leadership. • Collaborate with MGB Marketing to develop content and digital marketing campaigns to generate inbound demand. • Stay informed on industry trends to contribute insights to sales strategies and identify new opportunities.



Qualifications


Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field. - 2+ years of experience in the healthcare/life sciences industry. - 2+ years of sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and agreement execution. - Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets. - Proficient with creating client trackers and databases using Office 365 and other relevant tools. - Experience developing relationships with mid-level executives and building professional networks. Skills, Abilities and Competencies: - Strong understanding of the healthcare/life science industry, preferably including some familiarity with the FDA Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) regulatory environment. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Detail oriented with excellent customer service and organizational skills. - Strong sense of urgency and proactiveness. - Self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to learn quickly. • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with guidance. - Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate in cross-functional teams and with staff at all levels of the organization. - Uphold the Mass General Brigham values to govern decisions, actions and behaviors.
