Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Expert on selected Business Applications to help users and IT staff to evaluate new requirements and test those applications functions
• Troubleshoot a wide variety of applications to help system owners and users when issues arise
• Able to analyze complex applications and user problems; evaluate and suggest alternative solutions
• Work with system owners to ensure systems are effectively implemented is running correctly for day-to-day operation
• Document and update case inquires submitted by customers
• Software Licensing
• Manage QC Network Applications. Installation of Software applications
• Provide application programming, testing, and documentation support of assigned software
• Participate in 24/7 department on-call program
• Work on special assignments as they arise
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of system implementation concepts, regiments gathering, testing, SDLC
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint configuration, methodologies, governance, SharePoint Designer
• Able to design applications from gathering of requirements through detailed specifications
• Basic understating of relational database Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and able to query these databases using SQL
• Knowledge in database tools SQL Server Management Studio, Toad, etc.
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery system concepts to help with implementation of business applications
• Knowledge of process compliance and how they relate to business systems
• Knowledge of principle and techniques of application business process
• Knowledge of application fundamentals and operations
• Knowledge of SDLC application design, coding, testing and implementation
• Strong customer service skills for internal and external customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent collaboration skills and able to work in a team environment • Able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field

• Minimum 5 years in IT/Software Development and Integration with experience in Programming, SharePoint, EDM: Enterprise Document Management Systems, EQMS: Enterprise Quality Management Software

• Must be 18 years of age
