About the Job:
We are currently looking to hire a Total Rewards Manager!
The Total Rewards Manager will manage the implementation, administration, communication, and ongoing evaluation of the Company's compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for managing and reviewing the Company's compensation and benefits, implementing total rewards programs and communicating same to employees, planning and implementing rewards related plans/programs, including monetary compensation and benefits, conducting audits and reviews of total rewards programs to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, managing vendor/consultant relationships, participating in negotiations for benefit plans/programs, and managing team member(s).
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO.
Reports to: CHRO
Responsibilities in this role will include:
Compensation Strategy & Management:
Participate in the development and active management of salary structures, incentive programs, and pay scales.
Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pay and alignment with industry standards.
Oversee salary benchmarking, annual merit pay processes, and other special projects.
Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and reporting requirements.
Payroll Administration:
Manage internal payroll operations, including work performed by the Company's Payroll & Benefits Specialist, as well as overall management of relationship with ADP and the comprehensive payroll services provided via ADP's WorkforceNow application.
Ensure payroll processing complies with legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to state and local reporting/remittance obligations.
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies, as well as third-party relationships with providers and consultants.
Assess the effectiveness of benefits offerings and recommend enhancements.
Ensure benefits programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze compensation and benefits data to drive strategic decision-making.
Generate reports on salary trends, turnover, benefits utilization, and total rewards effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on compensation trends and workforce planning.
Compliance & Policy Development:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
Develop and update compensation and benefits policies as needed.
Work with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
Partner with HR, finance, and leadership to align total rewards strategies with business objectives.
Educate employees on compensation, benefits, and retirement programs.
Support change management efforts related to total rewards initiatives.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure effectiveness of HR programs.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on HR activities, trends, and outcomes.
The base compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000 commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA in Human Resource is a plus.
Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits and total rewards management.
Ability to manage change, perform analytical and problem-solving with ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization, as well as trusted advisory and consultative relationships with third parties, including, but not limited to consultants, benefit providers.
Experience in HRIS/HCM related implementation and/or operational enhancement projects.
