This is a collection Admin support role. They will not be in most cases doing direct collection work but will be doing several collection support tasks that enable the larger collections team to work more efficiently. Mailbox management, tracking, reinstatement review, coupon processing etc. or some of the key duties.

MS Office, Windows, Outlook, Excel, Intermediate level capable

Above average written and verbal communication skills

Education/Experience Requirement:
2+ years working in credit, collections, business or finance role, or classwork toward these fields
Education Preferred:
Bachelor's in business, management or finance related area
