Perspective Wealth Advisors LLC is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst (FPA) to provide client meeting support, assist in financial planning, and conduct service requests. The ideal candidate for this role will be coachable, growth-oriented, and personable, with a strong ability to adapt and thrive in our fast-growing, forward-thinking business.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Minimum Requirements • Minimum 2+ years experience in finance or accounting • Bachelor's Degree • In-office - must live in Colorado
Preferred Skills • Experience and knowledge of basic financial planning, Qualified Plans, and basic tax (e.g., tax loss harvesting) • Experience building financial models in excel • Series 65 certification or acquire within 6 months of employment. • Obtained or willing to work towards obtaining CFP
Essential Functions and Job Duties
Client meeting and support
o Attend financial planning meetings as a second chair, taking detailed notes and tracking action items.
o Assist in preparing meeting agendas, reports, and client documents.
o Follow up on assigned tasks from meetings to ensure timely execution.
Financial Planning and Execution
o Assist in gathering, analyzing, and organizing client data for financial planning.
o Build initial financial plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness before advisor review.
o Support advisors in modeling financial scenarios and identifying key planning opportunities.
o Maintain and update financial plans based on client needs and changes.
Service Requests & Client Support
o Handle client service requests, including account changes, document processing, and general inquiries.
o Ensure timely and accurate completion of service-related tasks, coordinating with custodians and other financial institutions as needed.
o Maintain client records and documentation in CRM and planning software.
Account opening and Onboarding
o Act as a liaison for account opening and onboarding, ensuring a smooth client experience.
o Coordinate and submit new account paperwork, tracking progress and resolving issues.
o Communicate with custodians and internal teams to ensure accounts are set up correctly.
o Guide clients through onboarding steps and address any questions related to account setup.
Operational and Administrative Support
o Manage follow-ups and workflow tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
o Assist in compliance documentation and record-keeping.
o Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial planning operations.

Physical Requirements: The physical requirements for this in-person office job include the ability to sit for extended periods, use hands for tasks such as typing, handling documents, and operating office equipment, as well as reach with arms and hands. Clear communication through talking and hearing is essential, and close visual acuity is required for tasks like analyzing data, transcribing, using a computer, reading printed materials. The role also demands the ability to adjust focus for both close and distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
