Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Miami University in the search for an Associate Director of Development, Intercollegiate Athletics and Director of Athletics Annual Giving.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Development, Intercollegiate Athletics and Associate Athletics Director of Revenue Generation, the Associate Director of Development, Intercollegiate Athletics and Director of Athletics Annual Giving will advance the mission of Miami University by planning, organizing, and implementing strategies to increase the level of personal involvement and financial commitment of alumni and friends. Particular emphasis will be given to strategies for growing the annual support of the Miami Athletics general funds and sport specific needs. The Associate Director will support the mission of the university and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics by assisting in institutional compliance with NCAA and Conference rules and regulations. This position is approved for remote work on a hybrid basis, following a successful period of six months of employment.

A bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or comparable work experience is required for this position. The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 annually.
