Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Miami University in the search for a Director of Development, Intercollegiate Athletics and Assistant Athletic Director.
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Development and Associate Athletics Director of Revenue Generation, the Director of Development, Intercollegiate Athletics and Assistant Athletic Director will advance the mission of Miami University by planning, organizing, and implementing strategies to increase the level of personal involvement and financial commitment of alumni and friends. Particular emphasis will be given to strategies identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding annual fund and major gifts, both current and deferred, to the Intercollegiate Athletics program. This position is approved for remote work on a hybrid basis, following a successful period of six months of employment.

A bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or comparable work experience is required for this position. The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 annually.
