We have an opening for an entry-level & mid-level Architect or Project Designer in our Manufacturing & Logistics studio. What you'll be doing:
Entry Level:
Work in close cooperation with senior architectural staff
Design and production work, from schematic design through construction administration for advanced manufacturing, industrial and technology-rich projects
Contributing to an array of architecture projects ranging from small to large
Reliably translating design intent into Revit utilizing our firm standards
Coordinating with in-house architects, interior designers and engineers, as well as external consultants and vendors
Flexing your creative muscles on distinctive solutions for a wide range of project types
Mid Level:
Assist with the development of conceptual, schematic, and presentation materials for manufacturing and logistics building types
Participate in interviews, proposals and presentations; communicate with clients & consultants throughout all phases of the project
Maintain quality control by utilizing established company tools and standards
Assist with processing and reviewing RFI's, shop drawings, submittals, and samples expeditiously
Determine applicable building/zoning codes & implement into the design
Take direction from the project manager and assist with construction documents and Revit model creations
What you need:
Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
0-4 years (entry) or 4-8 years (mid) of professional architecture experience
Eligible for ARE (Architect Registration Examination)
Proficiency in Revit; Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms preferred, including but not limited to: SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Office 365
